摘要
旨在分析水轮发电机组机架径向刚度的结构参数敏感度。以塔贝拉工程水轮发电机组下机架为研究对象,在机架结构中提炼14个结构参数,按照单一变量法进行静力学有限元分析,计算机架径向刚度。提出并应用单位质量径向刚度作为评价标准,定量分析机架径向刚度的结构参数敏感度。分析结果给出机架结构参数的敏感度排序,其中内侧筋板高度对机架径向刚度影响最为显著;指出靠近导轴承的支撑部件是机架结构中径向刚度较薄弱的环节,改善这些部件的刚度是提高机架整体径向刚度的有效方法。
This study analyzes structure parameter sensitivity of radial stiffness for hydro‐generator brackets .The lower bracket of Tarbela hydro‐generator is used as an object of study .The fourteen structure parameters are found in bracket structures .Based on single variable method ,the static structure analysis ,using finite element methods ,is used for calculation of bracket radial stiffness . The radial stiffness for unit mass is presented and used as the evaluation criteria of structure parameter sensitivity .By using this cri‐terion ,the quantitative analysis is achieved for the structure parameter sensitivities of bracket radial stiffness .As a result ,the order of structure parameter sensitivity is finished .The height of inner rib is most remarkable structure parameter for bracket radial stiffness . The support parts near guide bearing are the weakest parts in radial stiffness chain of brackets .So improving the stiffness of these parts is a feasible solution to enhancing bracket radial stiffness .
