摘要
近年来,一些经济发达地区,开始将企业中的农民工纳入城镇社会养老保险体系,这是一项积极的社会保障政策。但流动性较强、工作相对不稳定、在城市中处于边缘地位的农民工在参保后,养老保险在工作变动后的接续却存在着较大问题。本文以广东省东莞市为例,分析了农民工养老保险接续中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。
In recent years, some of the well-developed areas began to bring those peasant workers working in the enterprises into the city retirement insurance plan system. Undoubtedly, this is an active social insurance policy. However, because of their migration, comparatively unstable work and marginal status in city, even peasant workers have takeu part in the retirement insurance plan, some problems still exist in the continuity of retirement insurance plan after they changed jobs. Based on the research I carried out in Dongguan City of Guangdoug for the above topie, my paper is to analyze the problems about the continuity of peasant worker retirement insurance plan and provide some suggestions and countermeasures.
