摘要
基于福州市农民工的问卷调查所得数据基础上,首先利用交叉列联表对问卷中的大量信息作一个初步的相关性分析;然后进一步利用logistic模型对影响农民工转移接续意向险种的因素进行详细分析,得到农民工在与劳动单位解除劳动关系后,意向将基本养老关系转移接续成企业职工基本养老保险还是新型农村社会养老保险主要取决于农民工户籍所在地和农民工目前所参与的基本养老保险险种,尤其是农民工目前所参与的基本养老保险险种,当农民工目前参与企业职工保险时,更倾向于选择职工保险,且选择职保的可能性是选择新型农村社会养老保险的4.552倍。
Based on the survey data from questionnaire to migrant workers in Fuzhou,this paper first uses a cross reference table to conduct preliminary correlation analysis,and then further details factors affecting the social endowment Insurance Relation of migrant workers with logistic model.After migrant workers terminating the relation with the Employers,their intention to the endowment insurance system for enterprise employees or the new-type rural social endowment insurance is decided by the domiciliary of migrant workers and their present registered insurance.Migrant workers intend to register and select the Endowment Insurance for enterprise employees.Its possibility is 4.552 times of new rural social endowment insurance.
