摘要
提出数据挖掘技术可以作为6σ管理方法的补充,通过分析大量质量数据,找出企业流程改进方面深层次的信息,从而有效指导流程改进。从6σ管理分析步骤中添加数据挖掘工具库入手,构造融合数据挖掘技术的6σ管理流程图。
By analyzing a mount of quality data to find out deep information of improving enterprise workflow, the data mining technology can be of great help to six sigma management. Based on adding data mining implementation library to six sigma process, how to build a structure flowchart integrated data mining technology with six sigma is presented.
