摘要
在经济全球化形式下,民营企业已渐渐成为中国企业“走出去”的主体,民营企业在“走出去”上具有特殊的优势,但是其在“走出去”过程中也出现了一些问题,制约着民营企业开拓国际市场。本文分析民营企业“走出去”所具有的优势和存在问题之后,在宏、微观两方面提出战略构想,对民营企业“走出去”提出一些建设性建议。
Under the circumstance of progressing globalization, private enterprises have gradually played a principal part in Chinese enterprise's "going global" strategy. Despite of its unique advantages, there still exist in the process of going globalization some problems that prevent the private enterprises from further exploring the world market. This paper tries to analyze the problems that still exist, put forward some strategic conceptions from macroscopic and microcosmic points of view, as well as some constructive suggestions concerning private enterprise's "going global" strategy.
