摘要
分析了影响我国企业跨国经营的发展规模和速度的原因 ,提出要加强政府宏观管理、转换企业机制、加快新产品开发、培养跨国经营人才等对策 。
This paper analyses the reason for influencing the developing scale and speed of Chinese enterprise multinational management.Countermeasures of strengthening the government macro management,changing the enterprise system,quickening new products and training the multinational management personnel are put forward.It also makes a preliminary inquiry into the developing trend of our enterprise multinational management.
