成骨特异性转录因子Cbfα1 被引量:1

摘要 0引言 随着老龄社会的到来,骨质疏松患者数成逐年增长趋势.人们在最初对破骨细胞分化和功能的分子机制研究较多,并以此为基础开发出以抑制骨吸收为目的的治疗骨质疏松的药物.到90年代,发现Cbfα1(core—binding factor α1)是促进骨发育和骨形成的关键因子.这一发现为治疗骨质疏松提供了新的思路.现将从Cbfα1的结构、功能和表达调节三方面对其作一综述.
