摘要
采用不同浓度的蔗糖溶液对连翘切枝进行催花处理。试验结果表明:低浓度的蔗糖溶液可以促进连翘开花,高浓度的蔗糖溶液抑制开花。3%的蔗糖溶液处理效果最佳,不仅提高连翘的开花率,延长了开花时间,而且催花效果好。
The cut flowing wood of Weeping Golden-bell was treating by different concentration of sucrose solution. The result indicates that the sucrose solution of low concentration can promote its bloom, and the high concentration restrain it. It is optimum that the sucrose solution of 3% is dealt with not only raise the blooming rate, but also lengthen the blooming time, and the effect of flower induction is good.
