几种保鲜液对东方百合切花保鲜效果的研究 被引量:12

摘要 用6种保鲜液对东方百合切花进行处理,结果表明:不同保鲜液处理对东方百合切花花开前花苞长度的增长及瓶插寿命、抑制叶黄化等指标差异显著.其中6号保鲜液,配方为:130 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐+0.463 mmol/L硫代硫酸银+1mg/L赤霉素+3%蔗糖+清水,在瓶插期间保鲜效果最好,使切花瓶插寿命延长了1.2~5.2 d,并具有促进花苞增长,延缓叶片衰老的作用. The oriental lily cutting was disposed by applying six keeping freshness liquids, the results showed that the different freshness liquid had different effects in increasing of the length of bud before loom, the life of bottle puts, and inhibiting leaf to become yellow. Among these, the sixth freshness liquid had the best effect, the composition were 8 - HQC( 130 mg/L) + STS(0.463 mmol/L) + GA3(1mg,/L) + Sucrose(3%) + water,which extended the life of bottle puts about 1.2 day to 5.2 days than the others, and it promoted the increasion of but and delayed growing old of leaves.
