摘要
实现林业的可持续发展,人力资本在生产力发展中的地位和作用显得越来越重要.通过对人力资本与林业可持续发展的理论关系及甘肃林业人力资本现状分析,提出合理开发甘肃林业人力资源与推进林业的可持续发展的对策,以期对甘肃林业的可持续发展提供参考.
Forestry human capital plays a very important role in forestry sustainable development.
