摘要
在甘肃省林业人力资本现状分析的基础上,通过与东部发达省区的比较,提出了转变观念,提高对人力资本投资的认识,林业工程建设应优先投资人力资本,教育是开发林业人力资本的核心途径,通过培训把现有人力资源转变为人力资本的我省林业人力资本开发的基本对策。
Based on the analysis of the status of forestry human capital in Gansu, and compared with that of developed provinces and prefectures in east part, the main countermeasures for forestry human capital exploitation in Gansu are put forward, which are changing minds ,realizing the importance of human capital investment, human capital investment first in forestry engineering construction and realizing education is the key way to exploit human capital.
