应用管式冷铁解决气缸盖螺孔缩松渗漏的实践

摘要 统计分析了CA6102发动机气缸盖缩孔、缩松缺陷的分布规律。并在实践的基础上设计应用管式冷铁,解决其缩孔、缩松。实践证明,管式冷铁不仅有激冷作用,而且还可充当刚性“型壁”。管式冷铁在型中放置方便,适应高压造型大批量流水生产,是大量生产中解决缸盖类铸件螺栓孔缩孔、缩松缺陷的有效工艺措施。 In this paper,the authers investigated the distribution of leakage location in the cylinder head of CA6102 engine,and on the basis of experiments,tubed-chills were designed and applied to eliminating the defect of shrinkage and dispersed shirinkage at bolt hole of the cylinder head.The results indicate that the tubed-chill not only has chill effect,but also works as the rigid mold wall during solidification. It is convenient to place the chills into position in the mold. Tubed chill is suitable to high production rate high presure molding and is an effective technique meassure by which the defects of shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage in bolt hole of all kinds of cylinlder heads can be eliminated.
