摘要
分析了WD615缸体的渗漏原因。通过试验,查明了孕育剂种类和加入量(质量分数),Cr-Fe的加入量(质量分数),铁液成分和浇注温度对渗漏率的影响,找到了防止缩松渗漏的方法。
The reason causing leakage of WD615block was analyzed.By carrying out experiments,the influences of the sorts and addition amout of inoculants,addition amount of ferro-chromium,composition of molten iron and pouring temperature on leakage percentage were revealed.The method to prevent the shrinkage-caused leakage was found.
