摘要
设计并开发了基于WEB的工艺FMEA知识库系统,通过建立工艺失效知识与产品和工艺信息的关联,实现工艺FMEA系统与CAD/CAPP系统的信息和过程的集成,从而达到工艺改进的目的,最后给出了某飞机结构件利用此系统进行工艺改进的验证实例。
This paper proposes a WEB-based process FMEA knowledge base system. By establishing the correlation between process faih, re knowledge and product ＆ process informatkm, the information and process in tegration of process FMEA system and CAD/CAPP system is implemented to improve the process. Finally an example of an airplane structural part utilizing this system process to attain process improvernent is provided.
