摘要
分析了制造/再制造模式下的产品精度信息特点,将公差项目分成互参考公差和自参考公差2大类,以TTRS为理论基础,在产品模型中增加了公差信息描述;研究了功能失效与精度散失的关系,分析了再制造零件-精度模型的建立过程,提出了制造/再制造模式下产品-精度建模过程;采用该建模方法对发动机活塞和汽缸内壁组成的圆柱副进行了实例研究,给出了该圆柱副的产品-公差模型,并将仿真分析获取的圆柱副精度散失信息添加到产品-公差模型中,形成制造/再制造模式下的发动机汽缸运动副产品-精度模型;该建模方法能够为产品制造/再制造提供所需的各种信息,并能方便地在CAX系统中实现.
The characteristics of product-precision model for manufacturing/remanufacturing mode were analyzed. Tolerance types were classified into cross-referenced tolerance and self-referenced tolerance. Tolerance description information was added into product model based on technologically and topological related surface (TTRS) theory. The relations between function failure and geometric precision loss were studied and the modeling process of remanufacturing part-precision was analyzed. Then the modeling method of product-precision for manufacturing/remanufacturing mode was presented. The modeling of product-precision of piston-cylinder pair was studied using the modeling method. The product-tolerance model of the cylinder pair was presented and the simulated precision loss information was added into the product-tolerance model to form the product-precision model of piston-cylinder pair for manufacturing/remanufacturing. Results show that the modeling method can provide various kinds of information for product manufacturing /remanufaeturing and conveniently implement in CAX systems.
