摘要
本文介绍了尺寸工程的概念,从设计、制造、装配、质量控制阶段公差一体化管理的角度提出了尺寸工程的系统框架。基于某新车型开发工作,介绍了尺寸公差设计阶段的主要工作流程,并将公差分解步骤具体化。对汽车制造中的偏差测量与质量控制进行了研究,探讨了汽车制造中的偏差测量方法、偏差诊断方法以及质量控制方法,为整车车身质量保障提供了新思路。
This paper introduces the concept of dimension engineering, and puts forward a system frame of dimension engineering from the angles of design, manufacture, assembly and quality control. Based on the development of a new vehicle model, the paper introduces the main work flow of the dimension tolerance design stage as well as the tolerance of the process. This paper studies the automobile manufacturing deviation measurement and quality control, discusses the deviation measurement method, deviation diagnosis method and quality control methods, and provides a new idea for the guarantee on the car body.
