摘要
采用数学模型和知识模型相结合的方法,对发电企业的发电成本相关问题进行研究,建立了发电成本优化决策知识库系统。系统的建立有助于对发电成本进行优化计算和决策,有利于发电企业优化操作、降低发电成本和需求侧电价,增强企业在电力市场中的竞争力。
The KBS for optimizing electricity cost was established by researching something about generation cost based on the method of combining mathematic model with knowledge model. The system is used to calculate electricity cost and optimize declsion-making. It is very useful to optimize the operation, reduce the cost and boost up the competition power of the enterprise in electricity market.
