摘要 目的建立水中二氧化硫的离子色谱测定方法。方法采用离子色谱法测定水中的二氧化硫。在采样条件不变的前提下,同时用两种方法对样本进行分析,对分析结果t检验。结果两种分析方法检测结果t检验无显著性差异,离子色谱法灵敏度提高了1倍,与比色法比较,离子色谱法快速、灵敏、准确、选择性高。结论离子色谱法适合于检测水质中二氧化硫的含量。 Objective The determination method of sulfur dioxide in water by ion chromatography was studied. Method Both the colorimetric titration method and the chromatographic method were used to determine the same sample and t test was used to verify their respective readings. Results No difference between both methods was found according to t test, but the ion chromatography had the merit of higher sensitivity, celerity, and better selectivity. Conclusion The ion chromatography could be use to determine sulfur dioxide in water.
