摘要
在经济转轨时期，有诸多因素作用于经济运行。本文侧重探讨政府的经济功能对经济运行的作用机制、作用范围、作用过程及效果。分析了计划、市场和政府三者如何有机地统一于经济活动中。
There are many factors which exert influences upon economic operation during the period of economic transformation. The paper mainly discusses the mechanism,sphere, proceed and results of the governmental economic function,analyzes how plan, market and government unify within economic activities.
