摘要
本文应用层次分析法对医院各临床科室进行综合评价.首先选择有代表性的指标,将其分为三个层次,并根据其重要性赋予不同的权重系数,计算综合指数.分析综合指数差异的原因,进而找出工作中存在的问题并提出改进措施.
The quality of hospital department service was evaluated comprehensively by using hierarchy analysis. The representative indicatrixes were chosen, and divided into three levels on which different weights were given according to the significance. Comprehensive indexes were calculated and analysized with a result that the problems were found, and important methods were presented.
