摘要
本文对医院临床科室综合评价指标的选择原则,消除科室之间由于收治病种不同导致指标值的差异和确定标准值的方法进行探讨。应用RSR法以某医院资料为例进行综合评价计算。
The paper dicusses the selected principle of indices on synthetical evaluation of clinical departments in hospital, the elimination of difference of index value caused by taking different disease species and the method of determining standard value. The method of RSR is used as calculation of synthetical evaluation with the data of a certain hospital.
