摘要
为适应基础教育发展的需要,培养出真正符合社会需求的中学教育人才,高师音乐院校的教改工作一直在不断地进行中。但是要真正提高音乐教学质量,学校应在调整课程设置、课程内容、教学方法的同时,加强对教改实施者———教师综合素质的培养,并注重对学生综合、实践能力的培养,以适应中小学音乐教学的具体要求,培养德、智、体全面发展的综合型人才。
In order to fit for the development of the elementary education, to foster middle school teachers who are qualified to the social demand, music colleges and departments in Normal Universities and Colleges have been carrying out teaching reform. But to improve the quality of music teaching, universities and colleges must strengthen to foster teachers comprehensive quality, to train students comprehensive and practical ability in the process of adjusting curriculum arrangement, curriculum content,and teaching methods. Thus to satisfy the concrete requirements in primary and middle schools, to train the comprehensive talented person who are all round development of morality, intelligence and physiques.
