摘要
目的：建立一种测定金归洗液中君药蛇床子素含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法：采用Hypersil-BDS C_(18)(200mm×4.6mm 5μm)为色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-水(50∶50)；检测波长为321nm；流速为1.0ml/min；峰面积外标法定量；结果：本法蛇床子素在3.20μg·ml^(-1)～64.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,(r=0.9998)平均回收率分别为99.21%；RSD 0.40%；结论：方法简便,快速,准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of Cnidiadin in Jingui Lotion. Methods：Hypersil BDS C18（200× 4.6mm,5μm） was used,methanol-water （50 ： 50） was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 321nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 External standard method was used. Results：Cnidiadin concentration presented a good linear range of 3. 20μg · ml^-1～64.0μg · ml^-1（r=0. 9998）,the average recovery was 99.21% and RSD was 0. 40%. Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate for quality control of the preparation.
