摘要
目的建立一种测定金归洗液中蛇床子素含量的RPHPLC。方法采用HypersilBDSC18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为乙腈水(50∶50,v/v);检测波长为321nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温为常温;峰面积外标法定量。结果本法蛇床子素在3.20～64.0μg·mL-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.21%,RSD0.40%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the content of cnidiadin in Jingui lotion.METHODS Hypersil BDS C18 （200mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm） was used as analytical column, and acetonitrile-water （50：50, v/v） was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 321 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.External standard method was used. RESULTS Cnidiadin concentration showed good linear range at 3. 20-64.0μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9998）. The average recovery was 99. 21% and RSD was 0. 40%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, rapid and accurate for the quality control of the preparation.
