摘要
目的 建立金归洗液中苦参碱的含量测定.方法 采用Shimadzu-pack-ODS（250×4.6mm）;以甲醇- 水- 乙二胺（45：55：0.1）为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为220nm.结果 苦参碱的线性范围在20.0~100.0μg/mL;r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.10%,RSD为0.47%.结论 本法简便,准确,可靠,可用于控制金归洗液的质量.
Objective HPLC methods were established for the determination matrine of Jingui lotin. Methods The separation was performed on a Shimadzu-pack-ODS （250-4.6mm） ;The mobile phase was composed ofmethanol-water-diethlamine （45 ： 55 ： 0.1 ） ;The flowrate was 1.0mL/min;The detection wavelenth was 220nm. Results There is a good linear relationship within the rang of 20.0-100.0μg/mL （r=0.9998） ;The average recovery was 99.10%;RSD=0.47%. Conclusion The method is convenient accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Jingui lotin.
