精油类和观赏类薰衣草的生物学性状和精油成分对比 被引量:27

Comparison on the Biological Character and the Composition of Essential Oil from Lavender for Essential Oil and for Ornamental

摘要 研究是对精油类薰衣草中的孟士德薰衣草(Lavandulaangustifolia′Munstead′)和Grosso薰衣草(Lavandula×intermedia′Grosso′),和观赏类薰衣草中的Helmsdale薰衣草(Lavandulastoechas′Helmsdale′)和齿叶薰衣草(Lavanduladentate)从生物学性状和花中精油成分进行了对比研究。结果表明:精油类薰衣草花穗长于观赏类薰衣草,而花期短于观赏类薰衣草;精油类薰衣草的精油含量均高于13.4mL·kg-1鲜重,而观赏类薰衣草精油含量均低于7.2mL·kg-1鲜重;两类薰衣草的花的精油成分有很大差异,精油类薰衣草精油成分以芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、1,8-桉叶油素等为主,而观赏类薰衣草精油成分以葑酮、樟脑、柠檬烯等为主。 The biological character, essential oil compositions in the flower of Lavender for essential oil (Landula angustifolia 'Munstead',Lavandula × intermedia 'Grosso') and for ornamental (Ltwandula stoechas 'Helmsdale' and Ltwandula dentata ) were analyzed and compared. The result shows that the length of spike in the previous kind of lavender is longer than in the latter, but the flowering period in the previous is shorter than in the latter; in the previous kind of lavender the content of essential oil is higher than in the latter, the content of essential oil in the previous is more than 13.4 mL·kg^-1 (wt), and in the latter is less than 7.2 mL·kg^-1(wt); the compositions of essential oil between two kinds of lavender are different. In lavender for essential oil, the main components are linalool, linalyl acetate and 1,8-cineole, but in lavender for ornamental the major compounds are fenchanone, camphor and linmonene.
