摘要
镍基铸造高温合金K424使用量多,返回料数量大。根据浇注某大型结构件的材料使用情况,研究了用新料和1~4次返回料对冶炼出的合金的化学成分、氧、氮含量、合金纯净度、力学性能和冷热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:随着返回料返回次数的增加,冶炼出的合金硼、锆的含量略有下降,铈含量的变化较大,比加入量下降70%以上,合金的氧、氮含量增加,纯净度和冷热疲劳性能降低。采取一定的除气工艺,可以有效降低合金的氧、氮含量,提高合金的纯净度,改善它的冷热疲劳性能。
The revert amount of K424 superalloy is quite great because of the wide application. For large structural casting parts of K424 alloy, the effect of recycle times of revert on chemical composition, oxygen and nitrogen contents, cleanliness, mechanical properties, thermal fatigue property at 1 000℃←→20 ℃ of K424 alloy was investigated. Experimental results show that, the content of trace boron and zirconium is changed a little however, cerium decreases gradually with recycle times. The content of cerium can be reduced by more than 70 %. The oxygen and nitrogen are increased remarkably, with deterioration of cleanliness and thermal fatigue property. The oxygen and nitrogen contents can be efficiently removed by special degassing process, to improve thermal fatigue property of K424 alloy.
