摘要
研究了常规铸造工艺和细晶铸造工艺对K424合金中σ相析出的影响.结果表明:用常规铸造工艺铸造的K424合金,晶粒较粗大,显微偏析严重,经850 ℃×50~300 h的时效后均不同程度地析出了σ相.浇注温度越高,晶粒越粗大,析出σ相需要的时效时间越短;而采用细晶铸造工艺的K424合金,晶粒细小,经850 ℃×300 h的时效后没有析出σ相.由此可见,细晶铸造工艺是防止K424合金析出σ相的一种有效的工艺.
The precipitation of phase σ in conventionally cast and grain refinement cast K424 alloy was studied. The results indicated that phase σ is formed at different levels in conventional investment cast samples after aging at 850 ℃ for 50--300 h. On the contrary, phase σ does not appear in grain refinement cast sample after same aging treatment because of fine grain size and lower segregation degree. The grain refinement casting is an effective technology to avoid phase σ precipitation.
