摘要
研究了多次返回对K465返回料合金(返回料添加比例为30%)显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:除Al、Cr元素外,随着返回次数的增加,化学成分无明显差异,但显微疏松随着返回次数的增加而相对严重;返回次数对室温屈服强度、塑性和975℃×225 MPa下的持久寿命有较明显的影响,对室温拉伸强度无明显影响;经5次返回的K465返回料合金的主要力学性能均满足该合金技术指标。
The effect of recycle times on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the recycled superalloy K465 (including 30% recycled alloy) was investigated by metallographical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results reveal that there are not obvious differences in the nominal chemical composition except A1, Cr elements with the increase of the recycle times, but the micro-porosities are higher relativately. The recycle times have little effect on the ultimate tensile strength (0.h) at room temperature, hut slightly reduce the yield strength (0"0.2) and ductility at room temperature and the stress rupture life of recycled K465 alloys under the condition of 975℃×225MPa. The main mechanical properties of the recycled K465 alloys after recycling 5 times can meet the requirement that specified in the standard of the alloy.
