摘要
冠心病患者非心脏手术麻醉风险较大已为临床所共识。手术前全面评估心脏功能,手术风险,麻醉风险,有助于安全实施麻醉,减少围术期并发症和病死率。本文复习美国心脏病学会(ACC/AHA)近年来修订的心脏病患者非心脏手术围术期评估指南等相关文献,供临床参考。
The more anesthesia risk of patients with eornary heart disease（CHD） undergoing non-cardiac surgeries are well known. The general evaluation including heart function and risk of operation and anesthesia is helpful to the safety of anesthesia administration and the decrease of complication and case fatality during perioperatian. We reviewed the guideline about the perioperative evaluation of cardiac disease undergoing non-cardiac surgeries constituted by American College of Cardiology（ACC） and American Heart Association（AHA） and another related papersin order to. supply some references for clinic practices.
