摘要
颈动脉支架成形术(CAS)已成为颈动脉狭窄重要的治疗方法,但依然具有一定的围手术期风险。影响手术疗效的因素很多,本文对包括患者状况、病变解剖特征、术者经验以及器具的选择等因素对CAS的安全性和疗效影响的文献进行综述。
Carotid artery stenting （CAS） has been an important treatment method of carotid artery stenosis. However, there are still some perioperative risk factors that may affect the treatment result. This article reviewed the factors affecting the safety and effectiveness of CAS, including general condition of the patients, anatomical characteristics of the lesions, experiences of the operators and selection of the equipment.
