摘要
目的探讨老年人腹股沟疝的围手术期处理体会。方法回顾分析74例老年腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果 69例择期行疝环充填式无张力修补术,4例嵌疝急诊行疝环松解、加强腹股沟管前壁修补术。合并前列腺增生症同时行经膀胱前列腺摘除术5例,1例待术期间发作心绞痛放弃手术转内科治疗,72例治愈出院,死亡1例。结论重视老年腹股沟疝伴发疾病的围手术期处理,制定个体化的围手术期处理方案,对提高手术成功率、减少手术死亡有着重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the perioperative cares for senile inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical data of 74 cases with senile inguinal hernia were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 69 cases undergoing selective tension-free hernia ring filling repair operation;4 cases of emergency embedded hernia undergoing releasing operation of hernia ring and repairing the anterior wall of inguinal canal;5 cases combined with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transvesical prostatectomy;1 case was transferred to medical department treatment because of angina attacks before surgery.72 cases were cured and 1 died.Conclusion To pay more attentions on the perioperative cares for senile inguinal hernia and make individualized perioperative management regimen can improve the success rate and reduce the operative mortality.
