摘要
高等教育大众化进程中发达国家出现了一系列的质量问题。高等教育质量问题产生的原因既来自于高等教育内部也来自于高等教育外部。发达国家的政府、大学和社会针对高等教育质量提升均采取了改革措施,这些改革措施对于我国解决高等教育大众化过程中出现的质量问题具有重要启示。
In the process of higher education popularization, developed countries faced a series of quality problems. This paper starts from the concept of quality in mass education and introduces quality problems in the popularization process. It also analyzes the direct and indirect reasons of quality problems, and the reforming measures to the problems by the government, college and society in developed countries. Finally, it puts forward some suggestion for China＇s higher education development.
