摘要
针对目前法学专业实践教学学生主体地位和主观能动作用发挥不足的现状,作者提倡建立开放式实践教学模式,并以课堂实践教学、校园实践教学、社会实践教学三个模块为平台构建法学专业开放式实践教学体系。
According to the present situation that the students' subject status and subjective initiative haven' t been given full play in practice of the law major, the author calls for the construction of an open practice teaching mode, based on three platforms classroom practice teaching, campus practice teaching and society practice teaching.
