摘要
对于法科学生来说,重新界定法学培养目标,探索新时期法律人才培养模式是目前法学教育研究的热点问题。论述了"3个课堂结合的教学模式"、"开放性的教学模式"以及"灵活多样的评价机制"等新时期法律人才培养模式的革新路径。
A topic of public attention concerning the research on law education involves redefining the training goal for science of law and exploring the training model for law personnel in the new period. The paper deals with the teaching model of 3 unified classrooms, open teaching model and diversified appraisal mechanism.
