摘要
对2a生巨峰葡萄自然实生树不同节位叶片叶绿素含量及叶片和韧皮部的可溶性蛋白质含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,童期和成年营养生长期叶片叶绿素含量随节位的上升而降低,生殖生长期叶绿素含量稳定;16~20节(即成年营养生长期)韧皮部可溶性蛋白含量显著低于童期和生殖生长期。
Dynamics of chlorophyll in leaves and soluble protein in leaves and phloem of different nodes were analyzed in 2-year-old seedling vines of Vitis vinifera x labrusca (cv. Kyoho) . As the number node sequence increased, the contents of chlorophyll kept decrease in juvenile and adult vegetative leaves until the beginning of reproductive phase. The level of soluble protein in phloem was lower during adult vegetative phase, i. e. the 16 -20^th nodes, than those in juvenile and reproductive phases.
