摘要
由于锰离子特殊的生物学特性和缩短MR T1弛豫效应,锰离子已经作为MR对比剂广泛的用于MR动物实验中,用于研究神经系统结构、功能和纤维束传导。本文就锰离子的理化和生物学特性以及锰离子增强磁共振扫描在神经系统研究中的进展进行了综述。
Due to special biological effect and the MRI T1 relaxation effects, Mn^2+ has been used in animal experiments extensively as contrast agent for assessing brain function, studying brain neuroarchitecture and tracing neuronal connections. In this article we review physical and chemic properties of manganese ion as well as recent work of manganese ion enhanced MRI.
