摘要
目的建立测定藏药柳茶中阿魏酸与异阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。岛津CLC—ODS色谱柱(150mm×6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液-甲醇(71:29),流速1ml·min^-1,检测波长322nm,柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸和异阿魏酸浓度分别在2.31—36.96μg·ml^-1(r=0.9989)和8.09—129.44μg·ml^-1(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;样品中阿魏酸和异阿魏酸平均回收率分别为98.16%和98.58%,RSD分别为0.49%和0.70%(n=3)。结论所建方法准确、简便,适用于藏药柳茶中阿魏酸和异阿魏酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine ferulic acid (FA)and isoferulic acid(IA) in Sibiraea angustata .METHODS A Shimpack CLC - ODS column( 150 mm×6 mm, 5μm)was used at the temperature of 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution - methanol(71:29). The flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1 and the UV detector was set at 322 nm. RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 2.31 - 36.96μg·ml^- 1 ( r = 0.9989) for ferulic acid and 8.09 - 129.44μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0.9998) for isoferttlie acid. The average recoveries were 97.76% and 98.58% with RSD of 0.94% and 0.70%( n = 3) ,respectively. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, simple. It can be suitable for the determination of ferulic acid and isoferulic acid in Sibiraea angustata.
