摘要
我国的农村教育改革实践证明,在农村实行“三教”统筹是发展农村教育,促进教育为社会经济服务的有效途径。总结三教统筹经验,探讨三教统筹的形式,为三教统筹存在问题寻求解决方法,进一步完善农村教育体制,从而促进教育为社会的服务功能,这是新的历史时期新的课题。
Reform in rural education has proved that three educations (basic education, vocational education and adult education) have played a key role in developing education and social economy in rural area. However, they have been neglected in recent years, This paper is intended to find out the ways and summarize the experience of implementing BVA programs in order ,to further intensify reform in rural education system and promote social progress.
