摘要
目的:研究儿童EBV(Epstein-Barrvirus)感染与儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)之间的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定EBV-VCA-IgM的方法,进行EB病毒感染的检测。结果:ITP患儿中EBV-VCA-IgM阳性率为31.3%。结论:EBV感染与ITP密切相关。
Objective：To study the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus（EBV） infection and idiopathic thromboeytopenie purpura （ITP） in children. Methods：The method of measuring EBV-CVA-IgM was used to detect the EBV infection by ELISA. Results：The positive rate of EBV-VCA-IgM in children with ITP was 31.3%. Conelusion：EBV infection is closely correlated with ITP.
