摘要
钻井液对固井界面胶结质量的影响是近年来国内外日益关注的问题。从胶结界面的基本观点、钻井液对固井质量的不良影响和新型钻井液体系对固井界面胶结质量的增强作用等方面对相关文献进行了综述分析,得出结论如下:①钻井液不仅仅是钻井工程的一个重要部分,而且也是完井工程的一个重要组成部分,与固井质量息息相关,直接影响到油气井的勘探开发效益;②在认识钻井液对固井质量的影响方面,不仅要认识到钻井液对固井质量的不良影响,更要看到新型钻井液技术的发展可能会有效地改善和强化固井质量的积极的一面;③应该注意研究新型的能够增强固井二界面胶结质量的钻井液技术,做为固井技术的一个有益的补充,以此更加高效经济地提高特殊工艺井和各种复杂井的固井质量;④由于钻井液在钻井和完井工程中的特殊地位,为了提高油田建井质量和勘探开发效益,应适当加大对钻井液的投入,以保证在钻井的全过程钻井液性能优异,同时为提高固井质量创造有利条件。
This paper comprehensively analyzed the documentation collected and accumulated in reference of the influences of drilling fluid on quality of connection interfaces of set cement after cementing and summarized the conclusions: 1) Drilling fluid not only is a key factor for well drilling operations but also for well cementing;2) Drilling fluid may not affect the cementing quality but can play an active role for enhancing cementing quality;3) More attentions must be paid to study the technology of drilling fluid for enhancing quality of two connection interfaces of set cement;4) It is valuable to put more investment in drilling fluid not only for smoothening drilling operations but also for creation of favorable conditions for enhancing cementing quality.
