环空扰动固井二界面胶结性能评价装置及方法 被引量:2

摘要 为了评价扰动条件下固井胶结性能,设计并制造了一套扰动条件下固井二界面胶结性能评价装置,建立了实验方法,实现了不同地层、泥饼是否存在、井下水泥浆是否受压差影响、不同井下温度及地层水流动状态等对二界面胶结影响的模拟,较好地还原了水泥浆体系在井下候凝状态受到流动地层水冲刷和侵蚀的过程;同时,实现了对固井二界面水力胶结强度的测试,丰富了固井质量的评价手段,为研究各因素对固井二界面胶结性能影响程度,以及提高固井二界面质量措施提供参考。 In order to realize the evaluation of cement-formation interface cementation property under disturbance conditions,anexperimental device and experimental method which can simulate different formation,mud cake,pressure difference,temperature and flow state of formation water weredesigned in this paper.The process that the cement slurry is washed and invaded by the formation water flowing canbe well simulated,and the testing of hydraulic cementing strength of cement-formation interface is realized,which can enrich the evaluation means of cementing quality,and offer a foundation for the research of the influence of various factors on the cementation property of cement-formation interface and measures to improve cementing quality.
