摘要
钻井液不仅要满足钻井工程的要求,同时还必须有利于提高固井二界面胶结质量,但钻井液对固井二界面胶结强度的影响目前尚不明确。以井楼油田、温米油田和双江油田钻井液为研究对象,研究了3种钻井液对固井二界面胶结强度的影响,探讨了相应的影响机理。室内模拟实验结果表明,井楼油田钻井液的固井二界面胶结强度最大,温米油田钻井液次之,双江油田钻井液最小。XRD和SEM测试分析结果表明,在一定范围内,随着钻井液中黏土矿物的增加,固井二界面胶结强度有减小的趋势,钻屑含量的增加也不利于固井二界面的胶结,重晶石等加重材料对固井二界面胶结强度的改善并无明显作用。
The effect of cementing strength in second interface by different drilling fluid systems is not clear nowadays,based on the research of effect mechanism of which,three drilling fluid systems from Jinglou,Wenmi,and Shuangjiang oilfields are studied.The results of simulating experiments show that by means of XRD and SEM,the cementing strength isdecreased with growing of clay content in some limit,also cuttings and barite have little positive effect on modification of cementing strength.
