摘要
“人法地,地法天,天法道,道法自然”、“天网恢恢,疏而不失”以及“法令滋彰,盗贼多有”是老子自然法思想的基本主张。崇尚自然法则,主张法网宽疏,强调德要从法,是老子自然法思想的主要特点。老子的自然法思想对于现代社会的国家治理提供了有益的启示,这就是要维护法律的权威,制定和实施良法,法治和德治相结合。
Lao-zi natural law thoughts include ＂ Man takes earth as his model, Earth takes heaven as its model, Heaven takes the Tao as its model, The Tao takes what is natural as its model＂, ＂ The net of heaven has large meshes, but it lets nothing through＂,＂ laws and decrees are more, robT bets are more＂ and so on, Lao Zi advocated natural law , uphold the net of justice ample, stress mo rality complying with law. Lao-zi natural law thoughts is very beneficial to administer a country in modern society, and we should defend authority of the law, make and carry out the good law and implement ruling by law and ruling of virtue.
