Influence of the Content of Ag to Corrosive Nature of Sn-Zn-Ag Lead-free Solders

摘要 在Sn-Zn共晶钎料中加入不同含量的Ag元素制成Sn-9Zn-xAg无铅钎料,利用失重法、扫描电镜的腐蚀形貌观察以及EDS成分分析,分析了Sn-9Zn-xAg无铅钎料在3%NaC l溶液浸泡腐蚀情况下的腐蚀行为,并与Sn-Pb以及Sn-Zn钎料进行比较。结果表明:随着Ag含量的增加,钎料合金的抗腐蚀性能有所提高。 The corrosion behavior of Sn - 9Zn - xAg lead - free solders under the conditions of 3% NaCl solution has been investigated. Mass loss evaluation, observation of corrosion .morphology by scanningelectron microscope (SEM) has been conducted. At the same time,the corrosion behaviors have been evaluated comparing with Sn - Pb and Sn - Zn alloys. The results reveal that, with the increasing of Agcontent, the corrosion resistence of Sn -9Zn -xAg lead -free solders has been improved.
