摘要
主要研究了不同水泥添加量对异氰酸脂(MDI)、脲醛树脂(UF)稻草碎料板性能的影响,尤其是对板材吸水厚度膨胀率的影响。结果表明,随着水泥添加量的增加,板材的吸水厚度膨胀率减小,当水泥的添加量达到10%或以上时,用脲醛树脂胶粘剂制成的稻草秸秆碎料板其吸水厚度膨胀率可达到国标要求。
The influence of different added quantity concrete on the properties of the strawparticleboard made with MDI resin or UF resin was mainly studied, especially to the influence on TS of the board, The results showed that the TS of the board decreased with the increased of the concrete added in the board. And when the quantity reached or exceeded the 10 % of the straw- particle the TS of the straw - particleboard could meet the reouest of GB/T4897.2 - 2003.
