摘要
以玉米秸杆为原料、以异氰酸脂为胶粘剂,研究了一系列的原料处理、喷胶法拌胶、喷雾法涂覆脱模剂、铺装和热压工序,加工成玉米秸杆板。该板材达到刨花板国家标准规定的性能指标,可以用来替代木材人造板用于建筑装饰等行业。
With isocyanate adhesive as the bonding agent, the treatment of maize stalk,the adhesive spraying process,de-moulding agent spraying method,and the spreading and pressing of the board are studied.The properties of the maize stalk board thus made reaches the national standard of shaving board,hence it can be used as a substitute for artificial board made of wood in architectural decoration.
