摘要
通过对秸秆瓦生产工艺进行分析,建立自适应开环控制系统模式,并针对系统模式进行加工工艺流程设计和控制系统结构设计。该设计经过实际运行达到设计要求,具有操作简便、设备成本低、可靠性高等优点。
This paper established a self-adaptive open loop control system through analyzing the producing techniques of straw tiles. Then the control system and producing techniques process were designed based on the system mode, The design can meet the demand through actual running. It had many strong points such as easy operation, low cost and high rehability.
