摘要
在确定油气分离器的允许气流速度时,《油气分离器规范》(SY/T0515-1997)中第B4条规定卧式分离器允许水平气流速度必须控制在层流范围内,第B3条规定立式分离器设计液滴沉降直径为100μm。文中通过算例将《油气分离器规范》计算结果与国外同类规范计算结果进行了对比,对上述2条规定的适用性和必要性进行了讨论,认为第B4条规定的现实意义不大,它严重限制了分离器的气体处理能力,难以满足油田实际开发的需要;而第B3条规定过于保守,也没有设置必要。
For determination of the allowable superficial gas velocity in oil and gas separators, China petroleum industry standard SY/T 0515-1997 "Specifications for Oil and Gas 'Separators" explains in Article B4 that the allowable superficial gas velocity must be kept in laminar flow for horizontal separators and in Article B3 that the diameter of minimum liquid droplets settled is 100μm for vertical separators. This paper discusses their applicability and necessity through comparing the results calculated by the method of SY/T 0515- 1997 with the results calculated by the method of similar standard (API 12J) for the cases, and draws a conclusion that the provision in Article 134 is not practical and limits the processing capability of oil and gas separators considerably, while the provision in Article B3 is excessively conservative and is not necessary also.
