摘要
油田井口产出原油的分离效果会对后续生产工艺和经济效益产生重要影响。当其它影响条件一定时,油气分离器的尺寸对分离效果起决定性作用。目前在油气分离器设计计算过程中,最主要的设计参数长细比,仍按常规经验方法进行取值,具有较强的人为随机性。通过建立线性规划数学模型,利用LINGO软件编程计算长细比基本最优解,使得各参数的取值具有理论依据,从而更好地指导实际应用。
The separation effect of crude oil produced at the wellhead of an oilfield has an important impact on the subsequent production process and economic benefits.When other influencing conditions are certain,the size of the oil-gas separator plays a decisive role in the separation effect.At present,in the design and calculation process of oil and gas separators,the most important design parameter slenderness ratio is still based on conventional empirical methods,which has a strong artificial randomness.By establishing a linear programming mathematical model and using LINGO software programming to calculate the slenderness ratio basic optimal solution,the parameter value has a theoretical basis,so as to better guide the practical application.
